  1. Payment Terms: Cash on Delivery (COD) Exclusively

  • Sole Payment Framework: We operate strictly and exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, and no other payment options are supported at checkout. We do not accept, process, or charge credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, or advance digital payment methods during online checkout.

  • Payment Obligation at Handover: For Cash on Delivery orders, no online payment is required prior to delivery; upon physical inspection of the parcel, the total invoice amount must be settled entirely in physical cash directly with the courier representative. Furthermore, package rejections or returns produce no additional hidden fees or transaction surcharges.

  • Customer Undertaking: By submitting an order, you agree to ensure that an authorized recipient is present at the designated destination with the exact cash amount ready upon courier arrival.

  • Delivery Refusal: Repeated refusal of verified Cash on Delivery shipments without a valid, verifiable reason may result in the restriction or termination of future ordering privileges.

  1. Logistics, Shipping & Transit Schedules

  • Shipping Transit Duration: Following our standard 1–3 business day handling stage, international and regional transport across Poland and other supported countries requires approximately 7 to 15 business days.

  • Operational Disclaimers: All published shipping timelines are non-binding operational estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe meteorological conditions, customs clearance procedures, national holidays, and courier hub backlogs. We are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

  1. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • 14-Day Return Right: In accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, customers may submit an authorized return and refund claim within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility Standards: Returned items must remain unused, unaltered, and complete with all original retail packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories in resalable condition.

  • COD Reimbursements: Because orders are paid physically in cash upon arrival, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer (IBAN) or an agreed electronic method arranged directly with our Customer Support desk once the returned items have been received and inspected.

  • Cancellation Boundaries: Once an order has entered warehouse preparation and carrier dispatch, it cannot be canceled, redirected, or altered in transit. Customers must accept delivery and initiate a return within the 14-day post-delivery return window.
